Manchester and New Haven Events
Sunday, September 9 2012
The tour kicked off in Manchester, NH on Friday, September 7 at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at St. Anselm College.
Dave interacted with a diverse crowd of over 100 people. The College Republicans and College Democrats cosponsored the event, but there were also some organized groups in attendance that were protesting any cuts to Social Security and Medicare.
In order to make real progress everything needs to be on the table: reforms in all areas such as budgeting, defense, health care, Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid, politics, taxes, and other.
Overall there was a majority of support for the illustrative reforms, indicating that they can gain bipartisan support.
There was an even larger degree of support at the Yale event this afternoon, Saturday, September 8, which was hosted by the Yale School of Management. The Yale event was more intimate, with about 75 attendees, but had a great question and answer session following Dave’s presentation.

Loved the presentation at Yale. Thanks for a great event. Will the presentation be on the site soon? I want to share it with others.
Thanks again and best of luck on the tour. Keep spreading the word!
Looking forward to the tour making a stop for a non-partisan interactive town hall meeting on September 15th in Strongsville, Ohio where Dave and Dr. Isabell Sawhill from the Brookings Institution will presenting the reforms to registered voters. Participants will weigh in on the reform solutions utilizing electronic keypads. We are exited that participants will represent the political spectrum in the State of Ohio.
Some slots are still available. Voters must apply to attend at:

All the best as the tour continues and makes its way to Strongsville, Ohio thi Saturday!
Thanks again for what you are doing with the $10 Million a Minute Tour. All Americans need to hear this message. I just emailed a good friend who lives in Fredericksburg that he MUST attend in either Springfield VA or DC. He recently retired from the military working in the Pentagon overseeing the purchases of US arms in the Middle East. I’m sure he will be interested, and agrees with, your comments of the need to cutout some spending in the Defense budget. Like Paul I am interested in seeing the slides on the website.
